~*LOTS OF FREEBIES*~ AIR FRESHENERS & SNUGGLE DRYER SHEETS

I got all the Snuggle dryer sheets for FREE, the air freshener was FREE and the Luv's diapers were only $2.00.. I got all of these at Family Dollar, using some snuggle $3.00/1 coupons and a $5.00/1 Luv's coupon.

This group of air fresheners was a stash that I got all for FREE from serveral Walmart stores.. the Snuggles that are in the white boxes, I did buy at WM and paid .48 cents a box after coupons ($3.00/1) but the blue boxed ones were all FREE and I got them at Family Dollar.

We actually got more than what is shown in the pictures.. but I didn't include in the picture because I got them either later in the day or the next day.. also, we gave some away already as well.

More FREE Snuggle Fabric Softener ~ FREE Tide single use ~FREE Air Fresheners

Me and my son went out tonight couponing.. the first stop was at a Family Dollar, I got 4 more boxes of Snuggle Fabric Softener all for FREE (paid tax), then we went to another Family Dollar and got 10 boxes on that stop.. all for FREE (paid tax) ~

I gave one of the cashiers 6 coupons for her to use for herself/family/friends. We already have given away several of the boxes that we got yesterday, sharing them with others.

We then went to Target and got 20 of the single packs of Tide detergent, all for FREE.. they were .97 cents each, I used a $1.00 off any one size Tide coupon for each one.. my son got a pack of gum to fill the overage.. the $1.09 gum cost us .49 cents, plus tax.

We also went to Walmart before heading home.. I was trying to find some peppered beef jerky for the guys who are going fishing tomorrow and I seen that they had the Air Wick I Motion Air Fresheners for only $6.00.. I had $6.00 off coupons so I was to get them all for FREE!!! at the checkout, they rang up $4.00 each, I had gotten the last 3 they had.. the cashier put the coupon through each coupon for $6.00 each, making a $6.00 overage.. so the jerky which was $3.50 each, ended up only costing $1.00 for both bags.. sweet!! I didn't take a picture of these.. totally forgot and put them in the box of "giveaways/gifts" that is out in the garge. I put a note in my phone to go to some other Walmarts tomorrow.. I have more coupons and will be more than happy to take them home with me, at either price point.

FREE Snuggle Dryer Sheets

I got some coupons from the inserts from last weekend.. $3.00 off any Snuggle Fabric Softener.. the boxes at Family Dollar are $3.00 a box.. making them free after coupon. I did have to pay tax on them of $1.44.. not bad for 6 boxes. The cashier had to ring them up seperately because she had messed it up when ringing them up and didn't know how to figure it out... so she took one box off and did it on another transaction.

Lots of savings at Harris Teeter this week.. TRIPLE COUPONS!

I have been to Harris Teeter several times already this past week.. since Wednesday they started Triple Coupons for this week.. yeah!

I haven't taken any pictures because most of it is goods that went into the freezer.

My husband and kids LOVE Totino's Pizza Rolls.. they are on sale this week B2G3Free!! I used 3 .40/2 coupons that were tripled to $1.20 each, and they have a special this week when you buy 15 Pillsbury/General Mills products you instantly save $5.00.. so for 15 boxes of pizza rolls.. it was $5.00 and change.. that was all! so every time I went, I got 15 boxes.

I have been getting Welch's Grape Jam for only .24 cents.. we scored 6 of them and some more Zatarains (sp?) Rices for only .25 cents a box.. I have lots more of them coupons, so I am hoping to get more tomorrow of them as well.

I have also gotten 13 more rolls of Viva paper towels.. for FREE! I was hoping to score more today, but I didn't feel very well earlier today, so I didn't go to HT today..

me and my son did go to Walmart tonight and got 10 more of the 2oz Soy Glade candles.. they are so yummy smelling. We have probably gotten 40 of them so far, all for FREE and I have a stack of coupons left.. yeah! I am hoping to have lots for teachers gifts this year.. if I keep this up, I will have enough for all those in the school. I would've gotten more, however the cashier I usually go to , wasn't there tonight, so I took my chances with a cashier ~ low and behold she knew what she was doing and didn't scrutinize the coupons.. finally!

I have a Physical Therapy appt. in the morning and then I am off for HT again.. and to hit up a different Walmart for some more candles, some Huggies Flushable wipes and some Edy's Nibs... they'll all be FREE or next to FREE (wipes .14 each)

I hope everybody else had a great week of savings..

be sure to check out www.coupons.com www.smartsource.com and www.redplum.com for lots of coupons.

have a great airborne week ahead ~ Pam

Great savings at Food Lion this morning

I popped into Food Lion this morning after dropping the kids off at school to see how much their 5 lb bag of Sugar was. I got a $1.00 off FLIP for it and wanted to see how much it was before I printed them off. It was only $2.57, so after the coupon it will be only $1.57 which is a good deal for 5 lbs of sugar. We wandered around the store and found a deal on some 2 lt. bottles of Mountain Dew.. they are on sale 4/$5.00 and some had coupons on them Buy 2 get 1 Free! so we got 3 of them.. we paid $2.50 for 3 2 lts. of Mountain Dew.. great deal.

Then we found an even more awesome deal on some Keebler Fudge Shop cookies.. $3.49 a pack (that's high!) but they were on sale B1G1F.. and they had $2.00 off when you buy 2 packs.. that would make them $1.49 for 2 packs.. .75 cents each.. wowzers! I got 8 packs.. my total was $15.59 and when I got to the truck, I realized it had only taken off for 2 packs of the cookies.. I went back in and the lady said that there was a limit.. didn't read the fine print.. they said no problem, they'd refund the difference (great customer service/even before this.. this store is my fav. Food Lion to go to, always clean and great CS) so I got back $7.00 and change..

so for $8.00 and change.. she kept the receipt.. I got 8 packs of Keebler Fudge Shop Cookies.. and 3 2 ltr. bottles of Mountain Dew.. so glad I stopped in to see how much the sugar cost.

Loaded up and ready to roll....

I finally got my Armada back shortly after 3. The guy (very nice man named Malcolm) got to the house around 2:30 and it was shortly after 3 when we got to the Nissan dealer, and I drove out at 3:25.. it took me till 4:10 to get home.. that is the lovely Fayetteville traffic for ya ~

everything aside.. the brake booster was replaced and clean oil now runs through the mighty engine in my truck.

I got home in time for the kids, loaded up all the goodies/donations for the soldiers of the 37th Engineer Battalion and made our way out to post... right as we were pulling into the parking lot the sky opened up and Wham! rain like all get down. We sat in the Armada for a while watching people get soaking wet from walking from the tent to the building.. after a while it turned into a sprinkle and we pulled to the other side of the building and backed up near a side door. Some soldiers came out and unloaded all the stuff.

Behind the laundry baskets is large tubs full of stuff.

There was a lot of people that showed up, which I was very happy to see. Someone (I think maybe Battalion) had brought cases of Girl Scout Cookies and cases of microwave popcorn. We brought the "motherload" of donations.. they were very grateful/appreciative for all the donations.

Since the rain had came .. my hubby had been out golfing.. got soaking wet and had called to see if we were still at the packing get together.. I told him we were, and he came and picked up the kids. I stayed opening up all the packs of Huggies wipes, while other ladies seperated them and packed them into storage bags.

The lady said that they had hoped to fill 8 of the Tuff boxes, but ended up with 12 or 13.. I laughed saying that she didn't know that Kristy was going to email me the flyer about the event.. and Kristy said "if anyone had stuff, I knew it was Pam!" ha ha.. I was so glad to help and I know that the soldiers will enjoy/use everything that was sent to them.

~ CARE PACKAGE DONATIONS FOR 37TH ENGINEER BATTALION ~

Today is the day that we are going to pack care packages for the unit my husband used to be with. I spent a couple hours this morning going through and getting it all gathered up. I have more of the Huggie's Pull UPs wipes, about 4 more bags full that I will be adding to this pile. I was hoping to get more free dental floss today and more of the .29 cent Huggies boxes of wipes, however my Armada is at Nissan and they don't think that it will be done (replacing some ABS part) until later this afternoon ~ hello! I have to be home at 4 and am supposed to be at the care packaging at 4 as well.. can a person be in two places at one time? ha ha.. we are going to go out on post after the kids get home..

I hope when I get to the unit that there are some extra hands on deck to help me with all this..

I have a laundry basket full of J&J First Aid Kits

1 laundry basket full of Huggie's Pull-Ups flushable wipes, plus about 7 more bags
1 extra large tub full of Mento's Gum and 1 box packed full of brand new packs of Mento's gum
1 laundry basket nearly full of Right Guard and Soft & Dri travel size deodorants
a large pile of Bic Grip pens.. these are 10 and 12 pks that we are going to open up instead of full packs
a handful of packs of Crystal Light powdered drink mix
2 laundry baskets overflowing full of boxes of Huggies wipes
1 large tub packed full and overflowing with an extra bag full of Reach dental floss

I think that is all.. I hope that enjoy it all.

May God Bless each and every one of them for serving our country.

Long Post ~*SATURDAY SAVINGS GALORE.. LOTS FOR FREE & NEXT TO FREE*~

Me and my wonderful hubby went shopping today for items using coupons that we could get for free or next to free to add to the stash of things to put in the care packages to be sent to Iraq.
This is all the bags we brought in that we got today, the cases of water and peanut butter disregard, they were not from today.

This is what all we got (NOTE: the picture with all the bags only shows one case of pens, however we had two cases and gave one to the "Stuff a Bus" school supplies donation dropoff outside of one of the Walgreen's, I did stitch two pictures below to show two, but one was already donated earlier today):

Walmart stop: .14 cent Huggie's Pull-UPs flushable wipes and FREE Reach dental floss ~ the floss was $1.00 and the coupons I had were $1.00.. don't you just love FREE. these will go in the care packages.

Walgreen's.. Reach Dental Tape .29 cents a pack and the Reach toothbrush was only .09 cents. They were all on clearance and I had $1.00 off each coupons.. the pens were all FREE!!! They were on sale for .50 cents a bag and I had $1.00/2 Bic items.

Harris Teeter trip.. this was actually two transactions, because
we had more than 20 coupons, so I checked out with some and my husband checked out with the other using his card. The total with tax for all of this was $34. and change. The Tuna, Jam, BBQ sauce, Jack Link's chicken nuggets and one of the boxes of the Jack Link's beef sticks were all FREE.. other things were free too, since we got $5.00 off each order for buying 15 participating General Mills items.. I had the fruit chews and the Toaster Strudel's and my hubby had the Pizza Rolls. The ground beef was on sale for .99 cents a pound, so these packages range in price from $1.12-$1.26 each. The Yogurt 6 pks were only .20 cents each... PLUS, I got two coupons that are for $1.00 off and $2.50 off my next shopping visit.. to it's like getting $3.50 to spend on whatever I want.. yeah!

Walgreen's... this is actually a picture I stitched together of one case of pens..
we got two cases and gave one away to the Stuff A Bus (mentioned
above). We weren't going to get any blue pens, but we figured
that they were FREE, so why not.. I did have to pay tax on them,
and it was .07 cents for 2 packs of pens.. not bad at all.

Same Walgreen's.. these are all the black pens that we got,
these will go in the care packages.. I think that we'll open
the bags up and seperate them for the packages.

This is 2 Walgreen's purchases together in one picture.. Yesterday
I got wipes for .79 cents a box after coupons.. today I got these
for only .29 cents each!!! These were only $2.79, less a .50
cents manufacturer's coupon and then a $2.00 offf Walgreen's
Back to School flyer coupon, making them .29 cents plus tax.. yeah!!
I would've gotten more, but didn't take a bunch of coupons with me.
I had clipped them and then left them on the table.. I can go back,
because the BTS flyer coupons are good till August 29th.

Target.. one of my favorite stores to go to. I got lots of
freebies on this trip today.. the Cascade reg. $3.19
but using a coupon in a booklet that I had received in the mail,
it was FREE. The Glade Soy based candle was reg. $3.14 and
I had a coupon to make it FREE. The Mr. Clean Magic erasers
were $2.15 less a .75 cent coupon.. the Reach were only .97
cents and all my coupons were $1.00 off.. so they were all FREE.
The cashier had messed up and I paid $5.11, but I counted my
coupons and she was short 2 coupons. I went to Customer Service
and they refunded me my $2.00.

Another Wal-Mart stop.. there actually was 1 more dental
floss that we got, but it wasn't in the picture.. when I went to
put things back in the bag, I found the other one. The
wipes wer .14 cents each and the dental floss was all FREE.

After a long day of 7+hrs of couponing.. I need a rest!

thanks for stopping by and looking ~ Pam

.79 cent boxes of Huggie's Wipes at Walgreen's

I had read online that many were getting a deal on the boxes of Huggie's wipes. Now my kids are beyond the need for baby wipes, but these are great wipes for quick cleanups and to keep in the bathroom.. much cheaper than the personal wipes that are in the stores.

Anyways.. I was reading that at some stores the boxes were ringing up at $2.99.. however the one I went to today here in Fayetteville rang up at $3.19. At the front of the store when you come in is a Back to School coupon flyer.. in it is a $2.00 off Huggies Wipes 64 to 212 ct.

I had some .50 cent Huggie's coupons.. After numerous attempts to keep the register from beeping.. we figured out to give the cashier the manufacturer's coupon and then the Walgreen's coupon and the wipes ended up being only .79 cents plus tax for a total of $1.02 each.
thanks for stopping by ~ Pam

~*TRIPLE COUPONS AT HARRIS TEETER*~ wow!!

While we were gone out of town, Harris Teeter must have missed me shopping at the store, because they sent me a booklet with a survey and a bunch of $5/$25 purchase coupons. I missed using the first one, they are dated for each week this month.. I just didn't want to fight the lovely traffic on Raeford Rd on Tuesday night, so I opted to pass on the first coupon.

Today however was a different story. I finally looked at the sale ad and seen that they had Totino's Pizza Rolls on sale for Buy 2 get 3 FREE!! and I had a bunch of coupons for .55/2. Each box was $2.29 and I had 5 coupons.. hence I would have to spend $22.90 for the first 10, my coupons tripled came to $8.25... then I got 15 boxes for FREE!!! PLUS!!! When you purchase 15 General Mills items you instantly save $5.00.

I got a bottle of Welch's Jam that was $2.49.. my coupon was for .72, so I paid .24 cents for it.. and the Peanut Butter was $2.65 and my coupon was .50/1, so I paid $1.15 for it.

The lady rang up all my stuff and my total was only $23. so I grabbed the 2 cases of water, they were $7.49 B1G1FREE!! Then she could scan my $5.00 off coupon and all my manufacturer's coupons and my total was $13.98.

I was quite happy to fill my freezer with these pizza rolls.. my kids love them as snacks. All the coupons I had for them were internet ones, so I have printed my limit, but I thought I had some in some inserts, but have yet to find them.. maybe they were this past weekend.. I hope that's the case, then I can get more tomorrow.. yeah! and go back for more.. what a great deal.

thanks for stopping by.. Pam

Some Deals of the Day ~ August 10, 2009

I picked up a few deals today.. these will go in the stash of items that will be donated to the 37th Engineers to distribute/fill care packages to be sent to Iraq.

Target Trip.. I had more $1.00 off any J&J product, so the first aid kits were all free. I also had some $2.00 SoftSoap or Irish Spring Body wash coupons, these werer on sale for $2.99, so they ended up being only .99 cents each. The Soaps were on sale for $1.00 and I had $1.00 off coupons, so they too were free. The cashier missed scanning 2 of my coupons, so before I left the store, I went to customer service and the lady refunded my $2, so my total would've only been $3.11 for all that I got.

Wal-Mart trip. I got more of the Huggie's Pull-Ups flushable wipes, they end up being .14 plus tax.. for these six packs it was $1.53, less than what 1 pack costs by itself.
Rite-Aid trip. I had passed these up the other day because I didn't think that my kids would like them.. however after receiving the flyer for the care packing list it had drink mix on it and so I went back and got all that they had.. these were on clearance for .24 cents each.
Rite Aid stop.. these 12 pks were on sale for 2/$7.98 with a $1.00
Rite Aid coupon, and I had 2 Manufacturer's coupons that were for $2.00/1 12 pk of Coke, so
the two of these ended up costing $3.98 .. less than $2.00 a 12 pk.
This was at the same Rite Aid.. The tape dispensers is on
sale for $2.49 and I had $2.00 off coupons ~ making them only .49 cents each.
The drink mixes were .24 cents and the tea mix was .32 cents.

Walgreen's trip.. these Bic pens were on sale 2/$1.00 and I had two $1.00/2 coupons, so they were free, just pay the tax of .14 cents.

CVS trip.. the highlighters are on sale for .99 cents each and I have $1.00
off coupons making them FREE.. had to pay tax of .21 cents.
CVS stop #2.. more of the J&J first aid kits for
free and the Sharpies were free as well. I think
I had to pay .42 cents in tax.
Great day to get items to add to the pile of donations.
Wait till tomorrow.. I am going to hit the stores for FREE
dental floss.. and I heard a rumor that Harris Teeter is doing
Triple Coupons this week.. and they sent me a bunch of $5.00/$25.
coupons.. great deal!

Some Deals I got this past weekend/today (long post with pics)

I have been stockpiling a few things, the reason came to light today.. I found out that there is a care package gathering for the 37th Engineer Battalion that is coming up soon.. my husband used to be the First Sergeant of one of the companies before moving up to Brigade to be a First Sergeant there. I have serveral things on the list of items they are requesting for the packages.. and I found out tonight that I can get lots of FREE dental floss.. got to get clipping some coupons and hitting the stores. That is one of the items on the list.

I went today to Staples.. go before Wednesday and you can get spiral one subject notebooks for only .01 cents each.. there is a limit of 6, so my 6 cost .06 cents.. no tax on such a small amount either. I added them to the school donation tub.

I got some more of the Huggie's Pull-up's Flushable Wipes for .14 cents plus tax.. this is an item that is on the list too.. actually they requested handi-wipes.. these are way better, they are thicker. These are actually from two different trips, I don't know where my other receipt is.

I have been getting Sharpie Accent Highlighters for FREE at CVS ~ imagine a lot more than this,

because I have been giving some of these away, but I know I got some at 4-5 stores, and got around 3-5 at each, so there are some bags floating around here with Shapie highlighters in them!

both last week and this week they have been on sale for .99 cents and there is a $1.00 off coupon on this PDF ... scroll to page 2, then when you go to print select "current view" to only print page 2.. it's the manufacturer's coupons.. this is what the coupon page looks like:

On Friday, me and my hubby went to a few places "couponing" picking up things here and there for next to nothing, or free.. we probably spent more in gas than anything, but had so much fun spending time together and getting things to share with others.
We went into OfficeMax to see if they had any more deals on school supplies. Plus, I had a coupon to get Sharpie's for only .01 cents.. what a deal! I got 2 mini highlighters for .03 whole cents.. then we found out that they had an additional 50% off on all supplies that were already clearanced.. we walked around and found the clips for $1.40--making them .70 cents.. then we found the Scotch Tape Dispenser with 6 rolls of scotch tape marked down to $8.20--making it only $4.10.. NO TAX.. since it was tax free weekend on certain things.. our total was $4.83 for all that we got.. what a deal!!

I got some more of the FREE Johnson&Johnson First Aid Kits..

Last stop yesterday was at Rite-Aid.. they have the Scotch Tape Dispensers on

sale this week for $2.49 and here is a $2.00 off coupon that you can print out. It is a PDF that expires 8/30/09.. save it to your computer and print what you need.

All these School Supplies for only... $6.58

I did my school shopping for my kids last week and so this week I was on a mission to buy school supplies to donate to children who are in need of some school supplies.

I went to Staples first and got the .01 cents a pack notebook paper.. it was a limit of 5.

Then I went to OfficeMax and they have notebook paper for .10 cents a pack limit 3 and two pocket folders for .01 cents each. I asked them if they would allow me to go out and back in several times, to get some to donate to the school. They said that was fine. I did it 7 times, each time I got 3 packs of paper and 6 pocket folders, each time cost .39 cents. I got 21 packs of notebook paper and 42 pocket folders.

Then I went to Walgreen's and they had 10 pks of pencils for only .19 cents.. these were $3.80. I bought some other stuff, so I don't know right off the top of my head what the total was with tax.. I am hoping to go back and get some more deals at OfficeMax.. I need a new router, the router we have is about 10 years old and is hard wired.. so I am going to get a wireless one. I know I have some coupons for somewhere.. no need to pay full price if I don't have to!

~ Pam

Big bottles of Dawn Essentials for only .75 cents each

I got these big bottles of Dawn Essentials for only .75 cents each. The shelf tag
said $2.25, but when I got to the register they rang up $2.49, the cashier adjusted
the price. I think I will have enough dishsoap for a good long while. I have a dishwasher,
but like to clean counters, fridge, floors with a bowl of warm soapy water and this stuff
is perfect for that and only costs pennies per use.

~ Pam

~*FREE*~ Johnson&Johnson First Aid Kits

What you see in the picture.. is NOT all that I got.. I gave away many of these already.

I had lots of $1.00 coupons.. and these were either .99 cents at CVS and then I got 30 of
them at Target that were only .97 cents.. and they pushed through the $1.00 coupons, so
paid part of the tax on them... or part of the massive amounts of toys I bought that were marked down so low, they were nearly dirt cheap! I can't show them because my kids might
see this and I don't want them to see what all I got for them for Christmas.

Huggie's Pull-UPS Flushable Wipes for .14 cents a pack

I have a boatload of some $3.00/2 packs of Huggies Pull-ups flushable wipes.
Wal-Mart has them at $1.64 a pack so they end up being .14 cents a pack.
What is in the picture is two trips that I have made, when I found them in the store.
We have several stores in town, but I have only found them at two stores.. one only
had one pack, so I went to another.

Lots of savings at CVS ~ Always Infinity for .99 cents a box!!

coupons savings cvs always infinity bic pens
coupons savings cvs always infinity bic pens
Today was the last day for me to use a raincheck I had at CVS for some Always Infinity pads that a while back were on sale from $10.29 to $4.99. I have $4.00 off coupons, making them only .99 cents a box. I had to use it today was the last day I could use my coupons, they expire after today.

When I got to the store I scanned my card and got 3 printed out coupons:

$5.00/$25.00 purchase

$2.50 Extra Bucks

$1.00 off some CVS paper towels

I was emailed a coupon for $3.00 off either 10 or 15 dollar purchase and I did take it with me, but the one that printed was better.

The Bic Pens are B1G1Free. I know I read all the time about people using 2 coupons on things like this, so I asked the cashier and she said that you are not supposed to.. anyways, getting the pens (wish I could remember their fancy name) 2 packs for $3.99 less a $2.00 coupon made 2 packs for only $1.99.. so I get to the register.. raincheck in hand.. she rings up 6 boxes of the Always pads at $4.99 each, then the 4 packs of pens 2 rang up $3.99, the other 2 rang up FREE... I handed her my $5.00/$25 purchase coupon, then the 2 $2.00 off the Bic pen coupons and the $2.50 ECB coupon and then my 6 $4.00 off the Always pads.. my total before tax was $2.42.. so I got $77.70 worth of items for only $2.42.. what a deal!!!

If you ever go shopping and something that is on sale, is out of stock.. ALWAYS get a raincheck.. if your coupons are still good for a while, let the store get back in stock the item that was on sale and then go back and use your coupons on the item. That is what I did on these Always Infinity pads.. we had figured it out before that each one was like 91 or 92% off .. great deal.

WOW!!! What a shopping day for School Supplies at Staples!!!

Let me say that the reason this was such an awesome deal was that I had a $24.00 Staples
Rewards check/print out that I used.. I recycle ink cartridges that someone saves for me,
I in turn give donations to these kind people for doing so, during the school year, I use the rewards to buy classroom supplies, toners for my laserjet when needed (gotta print off internet coupons to get things on sale/free) or as this month would be, for school supplies for my kids.

I had in hand 4 things when I went to check out.. a $5/$30 Staples coupon that was in the Sunday paper ad, 2-$1.00/1 Expo item, my $24.00 Rewards print out (I had forgot to turn in 10 cartridges, so I didn't get $30 for rewards this time).

I kept a pen handy and figured up my items as I went to keep my total right at $30.

I got:

7 packs of Notebook paper (.65 each)
2 Composition books (.70 each)
6 pocket folders with prongs (.15 each)
2 pks of Bic pencils (.25 each)
2 pks pencil erasers (.25 each)
1 pk larger erasers ($1.99)
1 HP 4GB flash drive ($9.99)
2 pks Rose Art color pencils (.89 each)
1 pk Staples highlighters ($2.00)
2 pks Expo Click markers (on sale from $4.99 to $1.50/used 2 $1.00/1 coupons/get here)
*on this site, you need to "click to enter" click on "coupon" on upper right and then print it out.
3 pks Prang Watercolor sets ~ these were $4.99 on clearance for .50 cents each

I get to the checkout, the lady rings it all up and I notice that my total is $28 and change.. I have her add 3 more packs of paper (making it 10 pks total) and my total is now $30.06.

I use my $5.00 off a $30.00 purchase.. then the 2 $1.00 off coupons and then went to use the $24.00 Rewards check, and the cashier had to call a manager, because she had pushed a wrong button for the other coupon.. he came over, pushed some buttons and took it off.. making my final total for everything only .81 cents... what a glorious day at Staples!!!

~*Schick Quatro Titanium Shavers for FREE!!!*~

I was out on post the other day at the commissary and low and behold they had these babies for only $4.00 each.. and I had $4.00 off coupons.. that calculates to FREE!!! (remember, my most favorite word in the English language) ~ the cashier however wouldn't ring them up all together.. saying something about the coupon saying one per purchase.. duh, they all say that.. anyways, I didn't argue the point, but kindly asked her to please ring them up seperately, that they were going to be given away to someone in need, so she said she would. I had to pay surcharge on each and that was .20 cents... not bad huh?
I NEVER get shavers/razors to give away, so this will be a real treat to share these with somebody. I have more coupons and need to make a trip back out there to see if they are still $4.00 each. Maybe I'll find one of my favorite cashiers that will not make it hard on herself to ring them each up seperately.

~*FREE*~ Reach Dental Floss.. WITH OVERAGE!!!

I love free things.. especially if they come with an overage.. where I get paid to take something home. These Reach Dental Flosses were only .74 cents each.. and I used $1.00 off coupons on every single one of them.. they paid me $4.16 to take them home.. yeah! I did buy lots of other stuff that day as well, so it wasn't money they actually paid me, but rather took off my total for other items.
These will all be donated to others ~ If you are a couponer and get lots of things for free or next to free.. be sure to share with others who do not have the ways or means to coupon, to find coupons or to print off coupons.. just filling bags of personal care items and sharing them with people that you might meet while you are out on your day to day stops.. (grocery store, gas station, drug store, etc.) just ask if it would be alright if you shared items that you get while couponing.. I have never had anyone turn me down. You will probably get a big smile and a hug or two from the person you are giving it to.. that is of course after the disbelief that someone is giving them something. It will do your heart good to do such a thing. Remember the fire department, bus drivers, teachers, recycle center, etc.. those are places that I frequently give care bags to.. anytime I get quantities of first aid items.. I donate them to the volunteer fire department.
have a blessed day ~ Pam

Lots and lots of FREEEEEEE Hefty Zip storage bags

This image doesn't even show ALL of the boxes of the Hefty Zip bags that I got all for FREE!!!
These were all purchased at Walmart.. and I must say that I bought some in Michigan, Indiana, Tennessee and Kentucky all without any problems whatsoever.. but upon returning to North Carolina.. the harrassing cashiers at the Raeford Rd. store were in true form with being rude and not wanting to take my coupons.. they did eventually take them.. but it's like pulling teeth with them people. I went one night and as a glutant for punishment, I went again the next night.. and sure enough, I was harrassed again. If slapping a cashier wasn't a crime, I would like to knock some sense into some with a light brush of my hand upside their head! ha ha.. Does Walmart teach their cashiers the coupon policy? you would think that as part of the training it would be taught.. training must be like this.. hi, here's your nametag.. can you count 1-10.. oh, goodie.. here's some money, get to ringing people out.. and be sure to harrass those who come through the line with coupons! ha ha Okay.. I know that's not how it is.. because ONLY at the Raeford Rd. store is the cashiers there lacking in the training/knowledge/common sense department. I have never.. let me repeat that.. never, went in there with coupons and not had a problem.. not that my coupons are the problem.. the problem is the cashier.. they look at them as if they are toxic.. mouth scrunched up, eyes squinted.. mumbling about got to ask a CSM if they can take them or not.. several minutes later, and usually without any apology for the wait, or with CSM in tow.. ah.. the stories I could tell and I am not sure why I even bother going to that store.

okay.. rant over.. these bags are a true blessing because now when I fill "care" bags to give away to others.. I can put things in these bags like deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, shave gel, shampoo, etc.. and they can see what's in the bag.. and if they are donations for a shelter, then the person can write their name on it as well.

I'll keep pulling teeth to get things to give to others.. because I know how much others appreciate the help.
